FX331C 30GHz Sample & Hold
The FX331C is a differential, dual rank, Sample & Hold Amplifier (S&HA) that tracks to 30GHz signals. It is optimized for low-noise, sub-sampling 20M-900MS/s and low-power dissipation. The FX331C is targeted at wideband, sub-sampled data acquisition/instrumentation applications where ultra-low noise level, low power-consumption, and very small form factor are required.
The FX331C employs a novel circuit architecture implemented in advanced SiGe BiCMOS. It is the smallest, lowest power, and simplest to use high-bandwidth S&HA available commercially. Tracking input-referred noise is 1mVrms. The FX331C tracks DC to 30GHz analog signals and performs high-fidelity sampling from 20M to 900MS/s.
